Our customers told us that changing blades is a frustrating, time-consuming job in maintaining their rotary cutters. The design team started thinking about what it would take to remove blade pins more quickly. We tested a few ideas and in collaborating with manufacturing, we discovered we could machine a groove in the crossbar and drill a hole into our patented Quick-change pin. Together, the system distributes lubricant every time a customer greases the pin during routine maintenance.
